Payment Terms

At Simple 1 Solutions LLC, we value you as a customer and try our best to render you 5-star services in Whatcom county. With that being said, we ask that you please pay your invoice promptly.

For monthly mowing services, invoices are texted / emailed mid-month and due upon opening.

For yard cleanups, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, junk hauls, and pressure washing - invoices and payment are due immediately after the job(s) are finished.

Any service that totals $500 or more AND requires buying items (soil bags, plants, flowers, mulch, etc.) will require a deposit to cover the cost of materials beforehand. This is to ensure we keep a constant cashflow and can provide services in a timely, efficient manner. The deposit will usually be $250 minimum or roughly 50% of the total invoice.
